ACMC MP Navavi resigns

UNP National List MP MHM Navavi yesterday resigned from his MP post. 

He had handed over his letter of resignation to Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dassanayake, according to Parliament sources.  Navavi was appointed to the National List MP post of the UNP by the All Ceylon Makkal Congress, which is headed by Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Rishad Bathiudeen.
