SML Automotive rolls out unique luxury loyalty program for Jaguar, Land Rover owners

SML Frontier Automotive, the sole agents of Jaguar and Land Rover (JLR) in Sri Lanka, launched its customer loyalty program, The Jaguar and Land Rover Owners Clubs, which ensures customers receive a variety of benefits and exclusive privileges when they purchase a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle. 

When customers purchase a brand new Jaguar or Land Rover, they gain complimentary access to these exclusive clubs, which offer the benefits and privileges of the global luxury concierge service, Quintessentially. 

Customers can make use of everyday services such as movie ticket bookings and also enjoy special offers at premium hotels, restaurants and events.

Enabling technology will be an important ingredient of the program and a dedicated mobile app for members will be launched in the first quarter of 2018. The app will provide members with information on their vehicle and keep them updated on the latest offers and benefits.

SML Frontier also announced its partnership with Qatar Airways for customers who have asked for more consistent and exclusive travel benefits. Now Jaguar and Land Rover customers can enjoy a 10% discount on fares to any destination and 5% discount on promotional fares offered.

Other key privileges of the network include JLR Exclusive Access to events such as the Golden Globes with Quintessentially, Membership to the Shangri La Golden Circle, Tealia, Nisal Caldera, Zudhora, St. Regis Singapore, Hugo Boss, Aantara, Rockland, Movenpick, Cafe Francais, UGA and Galle Face Hotel.

In addition, members will also have access to exclusive trips, such as an unforgettable Ice Drive Experience with Jaguar in Iceland or a Land Rover safari in Namibia.
