Ogilvy Group’s Redworks makes headway

Redworks, a member of the Ogilvy Group, made significant strides in 2018 with some of its clients winning awards at the recently-concluded 54th CA Annual Report Awards Ceremony.  

Redworks is the specialised corporate communications arm of the Ogilvy Group, having designed and produced annual reports of leading public quoted entities in line with the guiding principles and fundamental concepts of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). 

Specialising in content development the company has a proven track record of producing award winning financial reports, investor presentations, corporate brochures and branding for publicly quoted corporates in many sectors. Redworks is the only annual report producer in Sri Lanka which is a part of a global marketing communications agency, the Ogilvy Group with a formidable presence in Sri Lanka for over four decades. 

This year many of the annual reports designed and conceptualised by Redworks were recognised at the recently-concluded CA Annual Report Awards. Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC reaffirmed its No. 1 position by winning the Gold award under the ‘Finance Companies – Assets under LKR 20 Billion’ category. Resus Energy PLC and Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC were recognised with Silver awards in the Power & Energy and Land & Property sectors respectively. In addition, Prime Finance PLC, E Chanelling PLC and Regnis Lanka PLC also won Bronze awards in other sectors.  

The 54th Annual Report Awards Ceremony themed ‘Epitome of Brilliance’ is an annual event, which is keenly contested amongst leading corporate entities vying for the Best Annual Report Award in multiple categories. 

Winning the Gold Award for the second consecutive year in a highly contested category, Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC once again demonstrated its commitment towards upholding the highest standards of corporate reporting.
