Keells Food Products (KFP) recently held their annual sales conference at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon with the participation of the islandwide sales team to recognise and award its most outstanding sales leaders in appreciation for their dedication and achievements throughout the financial year which ended in 31 March, at which 27 of most outstanding sales leaders were awarded.

KFP annually felicitates their sales force for their commendable work and efforts. Emphasis is placed on appreciating the team as their contribution is pivotal to the overall performance of the organisation. The organisation takes much effort in motivating and encouraging the staff to reach their true potential. 

“As an organisation we are always committed to develop the knowledge, skill levels and positive attitudes of our sales team and have launched several programs to cover these aspects through which we continue to deliver good results. The annual sales force rewarding scheme is only a one single part of this initiative,” stated Keells Foods Products PLC CEO Sumudu Thanthirigoda, adding his views on the event.
