Mastering the finer points of professionalism by improving social and business etiquette

The Management Club Mt. Lavinia in partnership with Ebenezer Double Edged Solutions Ltd., a professional management training consultancy, will launch the Social and Business Etiquette workshop on 20 February. The focus here is to build all-round management professionalism not just in the field of management but also paying particular attention to the professional behaviours of managers. 

The workshop will focus on educating participants on social dining etiquette at meetings; social gatherings and meals are a common part of both the job and working with clients in the business world. 

The workshop covers a list of topics that will help participants to be professional and polished, with the refinement of having the right manners and class in dealing with people around them, like clients and business associates. Participants will have the confidence to shine as true professionals. The program is open for members and the general public. Due to the prevailing situation the participant numbers will be limited.
