• Introduces new range of designer lingerie to the Sri Lankan market

amanté’s latest collection of ‘Starry Tales’ lingerie, ‘Moonlight’ – Autumn/Winter ‘18 (AW’18) was unveiled recently at an event held at the Barefoot Garden Cafe in Colombo.

Speaking at the event, MAS Brands CEO Niranjan Wijesekara said amanté’s AW’18 was inspired by the dreamy satin textures and ethereal hues of moonlight.

“amanté always caters its customers with quality innerwear, using best materials which can make you feel incredible if you choose the right design and cut,” Wijesekara said.

The key print of the collection was incorporated with luminescent moonlight effects, leaf motifs and three-toned lace which is inspired by chrysanthemum with beautifully crafted cradle made of laminated satin overlapping at the centre-front.

The new line features of Starry Tales include Moonlight Florals – Delicate Satin Cradle, Midnight Shimmer – Elegant Centre Front, Lace Bloom – Butterfly Back Wings, Nocturne – Cut-Out Centre Front and Night Garden – Detachable Straps has a stylish, sophisticated look.

The range of collection consists of moulded, full cover wired bra and bikini with contrasting floral accents. Trendy silhouette offers a non-wired option with floral motifs for optimum comfort.

Ultimo also previewed its line of collections at the show including ‘Total Support – zero spillage with complete support, Smooth Definition – with soft back smoothing wings, say goodbye to bulges on your back, Original Strapless – one bra, six trendy looks, Contour Support – hugs and shapes your contours with hidden side slings for natural shape and Profile Perfect Minimiser – fit into your favourite dresses with this one-inch minimiser.

The Ultimo brand was introduced to the market in 2017 by MAS for full figured South Asian women. The label has a huge demand for women looking for lingerie with perfect fit, support, comfort and style.
