Easter is the completion of the Passion of Christ, preceded by Lent, which includes a 40-day period of fasting, prayer, and penance for Christians all over the world. It heralds a new beginning for Christians instilling hope and rebirth in the hearts of many. 

An amazing array of the finest gourmet dishes, meticulously prepared by Master Chef Samila and the team will be on offer during the Easter Brunch at the Ports of Call on 21 April.

The splendid array of dishes cater to each person’s unique taste as the tantalising spread includes a chaat station, pate cart, international charcutier, Japanese corner, chilled seafood ice bar, salmon counter, Easter specialty counter, Italian corner and a children’s corner along with the mains. Everyone is special, and their unique palettes are catered to at the Easter Brunch at the Ports of Call by their impressive menu which includes a lavish spread of cuisines ranging from Sri Lankan, Indian, Japanese and Chinese counters. The fascination with each country’s authentic dishes prompted the Chef to conjure favourites such as the chilled seafood on ice bar, freshly shucked oysters, steamed lobster, Jumbo prawns, mussels, octopus, clams and many more.

Poke and bacon pate, chicken liver pate, cold meat loaf, Italian salami, honey glazed ham and lettuce wraps will be on the cards too. From the mains seared beef tenderloin, lamb cooked in fennel and onion, roasted pork belly, red tuna, and garden-fresh vegetables and much more, while the Japanese corner will offer nigiri, sushi and sashimi. The carvery action station will be by the poolside during the Easter brunch at Ports of Call.

With over 25 varieties, the desserts are simply divine! The tempting delicacies are specially prepared for those who crave sweet things. A special assortment Easter Goodies, chocolates and pralines are available for the chocolate lovers. 

The children will be able to specially enjoy Easter egg hunting, face painting, performance by a magician, treasure hunt, egg toss, Easter pinata, Easter egg balancing, pin the tail on bunny, and many more games during the Easter Brunch on 21 April at the Ports of Call. The brunch is priced at Rs. 3,900 nett per person and children Rs. 2,500 nett per child.
