Bouquet for NWSDB

When we make a request to a State institution for any work to be done, it is usual that it takes a long time to get it attended to as opposed to the private sector. 

That is their modus operandi because it is in their DNA due to the lackadaisical attitude of their staff, red-tape, soliciting bribes and so on.

Believe me that when I made a request  last Thursday to the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) for a replacement when the  rotating arm of the stop valve (ball valve) fixed close to the water meter gave way, it was done within a couple of hours of making the complaint. 

Well done Water Board. Staff of NWSDB, your prompt service is very much appreciated.
