edotco strengthens presence in Sri Lanka with new leadership

edotco Group Sdn Bhd, an integrated telecommunications infrastructure services provider, announced the appointment of Darryll Sinnappa as the new Country Managing Director of edotco Sri Lanka. Under this new leadership, edotco is set to reinforce its commitment and grow its presence in Sri Lanka through the provision of innovative next generation telecommunication solutions.

Together with a team equipped with regional expertise within the telecommunication sector, this new appointment reaffirms edotco’s commitment to playing a significant role in a digitally-inclusive Sri Lanka.

In 2017, edotco Sri Lanka pioneered the smart city multipurpose street furniture in Sri Lanka and plans to deploy an extensive neutral-host street furniture network moving forward to cater to urban capacity demands. 

With over 20 years of expertise in the telecommunications field, Darryll has been a part of the edotco Group for five years and has held leadership positions in Malaysia, Bangladesh and Pakistan prior to this. This appointment further reiterates edotco’s focus in solidifying its presence in the country and growing its footprint across the region. edotco Group currently owns and manages over 28,500 towers across the six countries in which they have a presence.
