ZILLIONe launches new intelligent Jabra headset

ZILLIONe Technologies Ltd, the exclusive distributer of Jabra headsets and speakers in Sri Lanka, recently hosted the Jabra Partner Event 2019 at the Mövenpick Hotel, Colombo recently. This star-studded event witnessed many of ZILLIONe’s partners and top-notch corporates receive accolades for their performance during the previous year. The event was graced by Jabra South Asia Managing Director Peter Jayaseelan, along with Jabra Enterprise Sales Manager Swaminathan Vishvanathan, ZILLIONe Technologies Ltd. Director/CEO Kanchana Silva, and ZILLIONe Technologies Ltd. Director Sujan Suresh. 

Speaking at the event, Jayaseelan emphasised on the importance of communication dynamics in the office environment which is rapidly changing. While also stressing on the foreseeable impediments, which may crop up in the future of this area.

Swaminathan took the opportunity to introduce two new products, which would help improve modern workplace communications. These include the Jabra Evolve 65t, which is the world’s first true wireless UC certified earbuds, with a charge time of up to 15 hours of use. This device seamlessly connects with both a mobile device and a PC simultaneously, and is integrated with one-touch voice assistant. Blue Parrott is yet another product which was launched at the event. This product, which is more suitable for an industrial environment, possesses the ability to block out up to 96% of background sound. Furthermore, this headset carries an IP54 rating, and consists of a battery that lasts approximately 24hrs of talk-time and 500hrs of standby time. The highlight of this event, the award ceremony, which saw Bell Solutions Ltd. been felicitated as the Bronze partner for the second consecutive time, while Softlogic Information Technologies Ltd. was recognised as the silver partner. The Gold Partnership was awarded to Gennext Ltd. for the second consecutive year. Samudra Amunugama of Softlogic Information Technologies Ltd. received the runner-up sales champion award while Amali Subasinghe from Gennext Ltd. bagged the Sales Champion award.
