With the existing format of partner service centres, the brand consistently continues to achieve a Field Failure rate (FFR) of less than half the industry average (as per internal reports) highlighting the remarkable quality and reliability standards of the company’s devices.

Xiaomi’s after sales team also recorded an incredible Turnaround Time (TAT) of resolving cases with 80% of these cases resolved within one day. The brand also witnessed a strengthened CSAT score, achieving an exceptional 70% resolve in cases, thus resulting in absolute satisfaction for the Mi fans and users.
