Samsung unveils its most premium Experience Store at One Galle Face Mall

Committed to offering customers a cutting-edge shopping experience, Samsung opened its most premium Experience Store in Sri Lanka located on the first floor of One Galle Face Mall. 

The new 1,068 square-foot grand showcase is a destination that brings unique innovation to enthusiasts. It is a futuristically designed store showcasing Samsung’s wide variety of latest smartphones, tablets, wearables and mobile accessories under one roof in tandem to experience the latest technology first-hand combined with excellent customer service. 

The Samsung Experience Store is the first of its kind in Sri Lanka and is expected to be the biggest attraction at the newly-inaugurated One Galle Face Mall. Customers remain at the heart of every innovation from Samsung as it continues to develop innovations which cater to the evolving lifestyle needs of the younger generation to mirror their energy and passion.  

Samsung has also partnered with JKOA to offer the first 100 customers who purchase products at the Experience store to receive valuable gifts ranging from JBL Endurance DIVE headsets, JBL Bluetooth speakers to Samsung memory cards.

The Samsung Experience Store features expert advice and support from Samsung Experience Consultants who are trained to help customers choose the perfect Samsung product and resolve any technical query. The Experience Store also offers customers a futuristic demonstration of how Samsung’s latest products work together, like sharing music, pictures and videos, or controlling your Samsung TV with your smartphone and tablet resulting in one common eco-system.
