Committed to strengthening partnerships with its retailer base, Samsung Sri Lanka successfully commenced its unique project ‘Black Eagle’, in which a dedicated team from Samsung directly visits authorised retailers to resolve any challenges they might face in order to ensure a smooth and long-lasting business relationship. Conceptualised as a monthly endeavour, under project ‘Black Eagle’, a dedicated team will visit island-wide authorised retailor shops every month to offer solutions for any challenges faced by retailers to create shared success for both partners.

The dedicated team from Samsung ensures instant feedback and solutions for any difficulties faced by the retailers while enhancing retail visibility further. In addition, the team provides services such as organising and restocking in case of shortfall, gathering information about service or sales related issues.
