Lenovo strengthens offline presence in SL with first exclusive store in Colombo

Technology giant Lenovo has announced the launch of its first exclusive store in Colombo. Lenovo is exponentially increasing its presence across different markets and as a part of this expansion the world’s no. 1 now has a home in Sri Lanka. 

The increasing offline presence and channel expansion of the brand highlights the value Lenovo brings for the consumers and the new store ‘Ktronix’ located at Ground Floor, Unity Plaza, Colombo 4 brings the consumers closer to the Lenovo product and services ecosystem.

The new Lenovo Exclusive Store is set to host an extensive range of electronics, computer hardware and peripherals, including the brand’s flagship products such as ThinkPad, Legion series and much more. Lenovo thrives to spread a wide footprint by bringing their innovations nearer to the end user. They plan to amplify this reach further with more store launches through the coming financial year FY20/21. 

The store was inaugurated on 16 December by Naveen Kejriwal, General Manager East and SLBD, Shekhar Karmakar, RSM – SLBD and Siraj Jabir, Country Business head – Sri Lanka, where the brand’s latest range of smarter devices were also showcased. 

Commenting on the store launch, Naveen Kejriwal, General Manager – Sri Lanka, Lenovo India said, “We are extremely delighted to open the first exclusive store in Sri Lanka. With the store, we have successfully propelled our vision to excel in retail presence and we wish to extend this by opening more stores in the coming months. Now Lenovo products are now being offered with two years manufacturer’s warranty in Sri Lanka and the same information can be obtained on the Lenovo site. Lenovo is also available with the authorised dealers island-wide. In the increasing grey market, Lenovo customers are requested to insist on “Lenovo’s genuine manufacturer’s warranty” as the genuine products offer a whole range of performance benefits and headache-free services.
