One of the fastest growing Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) companies in Sri Lanka, HealthRecon Connect recently celebrated the completion of another successful year. The gala event and awards ceremony was held at Waters Edge under the patronage of Chief Executive Officer Denver Fernando.

The company launched its Bravo Awards program for service appreciation where 30 team members received recognition and commendation for their service and loyalty to the organisation. Apart from celebrating this key milestone of some of its team members, HealthRecon also celebrated its exponential growth as an organisation in the past year.

Speaking at the event CEO Denver Fernando said, “Last year has been an exceptional one for our company where we have seen growth in every area. Our team size, client portfolio and the overall performance has exceeded projections and we are on track to even better our performance this year. We credit all our success to our team who has worked passionately and performed exceptionally well in allowing us to reach this successful milestone. We look forward to the best that is yet to come in the coming years.”

HealthRecon Connect specialises in Revenue Cycle Management Services and Technology Solutions to Healthcare Providers in the United States and the Australia/New Zealand region. All services and solutions are designed to help clients facing challenges in driving quality patient outcomes due to ongoing cost increases, declining revenue, increasing complexities in regulatory/compliance frameworks, administrative and HR challenges and declining patient interaction.

In order to maintain service delivery to a client base which tripled, HealthRecon doubled its team size in Sri Lanka in 2017. The highly knowledgeable and efficient team leverages best practices to support healthcare providers around the globe.

“Most of our clients and new team members come through referrals which indicate that we have created great value for our clients as well as a thriving work culture. We pay a lot of attention to retaining long term relationships with all stakeholders and building a great team. Towards this, we launched a number of key initiatives during the year, including the company wellness program – HealthyMe, the Bravo Awards and many other industry defining employee engagement initiatives,” said Head of Human Resources Thilini Ekanayake also speaking at the event.

Taking pride in creating superior value delivery for all clients and a truly exceptional place to work, HealthRecon aligns all action towards the company CREDO; its five values. CREDO denotes Client value creation, Reaching for excellence, Ethics, transparency, integrity, Display of Stewardship and One Team. With a strong value base, HealthRecon Connect looks forward to another year of remarkable achievements.
