Evolve Technologies expands to Australia via CN Global

Evolve Technologies Ltd. continues the expansion of its global presence with the acquisition of leading Australian IT and Software Solutions company – CN Global Ltd.

With more than 20 years in the industry, CN Global Ltd. boasts a noteworthy client portfolio made up of highly reputed customers and renowned conglomerates in Australia. The company has gained a reputation for consistently providing exceptional services to a large clientele for over two decades. 

CN Global Lanka Ltd. is the service delivery and software development arm of CN Global Ltd. – Australia, which is based in Colombo and has a technical staff strength of thirty-five employees. 

With its main vision being rapid growth and global expansion, Evolve Technologies successfully negotiated the acquisition of CN Global – Australia and CN Global Lanka Ltd., thus becoming the parent company with 100% shares in both CN Global companies.
