Dilantha Malagamuwa becomes Brand Ambassador for Greentel Mobile

Celebrating Sri Lanka and writing its motor racing history has never been the same. It is something an entire nation has waited upon for 30 years – for a true champion to emerge. This has been achieved by one of Sri Lanka’s most modest, most loved and most decorated racing car driver, Dilantha Malagamuwa. 

His love and passion for the country and his fellow citizens, as well as his diligence and courage, have surpassed all pit stops, catapulting him to the next level of achieving international success. Dilantha has further cemented his love and passion for the country and its people by signing to be the Official Brand Ambassador for Greentel Mobile – a local mobile phone manufacturing company. 

Greentel Mobile shares the same passion as Dilantha – achieving international success, by introducing a locally manufactured mobile phone to the international market. Greentel Mobile has sat back, buckled up and sped ahead, hitting the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. This has been the first time Sri Lanka has exported mobile phones to these countries. 

With many achievements ahead, this new business relationship has taken the route of ultimate potential for success, for years to come. This is where two ‘super Sri Lankans’ set forth on a voyage - a joint venture and a challenge – to ‘celebrate Sri Lanka’ internationally.
