‘Unlocking Sri Lankan Skilled Labour for the Future’: Report from a Harvard graduate

An intern of the Policy Development Office (PDO) who is a graduate from Harvard University, presented a report on 10 August entitled ‘Unlocking Skilled Labour for the Future’. The Sri Lankan economy must diversify its industries to continue its economic growth, and these new industries will likely require more skilled labour than is available. The report has analysed the potential policy areas to increase the supply of skilled labour in Sri Lanka.
