A unique training and development program themed as ‘Building Skills: Overcoming Challenges: Transforming the Future’ has been designed and will be launched on 28 July, from 9 a.m. for a full day, at Cinnamon Lakeside, by the newly initiated corporate entity, Spectrum Trainers & Corporate Consultants.

The new company is dedicated to nurturing, transforming and empowering aspiring executives and enterprises to achieve sustainable performance excellence.

The first training program has been structured after conducting research amongst young corporate executives, to identify what development support is needed by them, to strengthen their own career development and growth. This program has accordingly been designed to be an exclusive empowerment, coaching and mentoring program, that will inspire participants to further sharpen practical leadership and communication skills. The program on 28 July and the ones to follow, are specifically aimed at motivating and empowering team leaders and executives to make a greater contribution to the success of their corporate work places, as well as facilitate their own personal career growth.
