Sudath Silva appointed as Head of Human Resources of SDB bank

Sudath Silva has been appointed as the Head of HR of SDB bank with effect from 15 July.  

He counts over 20 years of experience in leading institutions, of which 11 years in senior management. His exposure and expertise ranges from talent management, HR consulting, deferred compensation, personnel management and employee engagement. In addition to his experience in HR, he has experience in quality management and administration.

Sudath holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Pontifical University of Rome. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Labor studies from University of Colombo and a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from NIBM.
