PIM extends services to tri forces in conducting tailored program on leadership and management

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), as the nation’s management mentor extended its services to the tri forces in conducting a tailored program on leadership and management recently. 30 senior officers representing army, navy and airforce actively participated in this program. 

Realising the importance and the strategic role it is destined to play in contributing to the country’s current and future socio-economic development; Office of the Chief of Defence Staff has chosen to tread on a continued path of training to attune senior officers from tri forces for strategic readiness in leadership and management roles. The Executive Development Program (EDP) designed by the PIM is expected to assist them in becoming more efficient and effective.
