PIM develops executives of Hemas Hospitals

PIM Director Prof. Ajantha S. Dharmasiri, PIM Management Consultant Dr. Samantha Rathnayake, senior management representatives and the participants from the Hemas Hospitals at the inauguration of the EDP

PIM as the “Nation’s Management Mentor”, which is now increasingly being sought-after for capacity enhancement, recently inaugurated another Executive Development Program (EDP) for Hemas Hospitals. It was termed as ‘Developing Technocrats 2021’ for a batch of 18 selected potential leaders.  

Addressing the inauguration, PIM Director Prof. Ajantha S. Dharmasiri stressed the importance of developing competence and confidence in creating future-proof leaders. Hemas Hospitals General Manager Dr. Lasantha Karunasekera highlighted the need to change for better in becoming better leaders. 

PIM Management Consultant Dr. Samantha Rathnayake coordinated the inauguration of the EDP for Hemas. Hemas Hospitals Head of HR Mifaz Ahamed also spoke during the inauguration. The program spans for 10 sessions leading to a project of high relevance to the hospital needs.
