External recruitments happen primarily at entry level and mainly comprise new entrants to the job market, newly qualified professionals and/or university graduates. The Bank encourages and fosters its people to pursue professional education by providing the necessary guidance and support both internally and externally in order to build a high performance culture.

The Bank often partners with several universities and professional bodies such as CIMA, to attract newly qualified graduates of selected disciplines. This year too, NDB partnered with CIMA and continues to do so as a Corporate Partner. Corporate Partners are part of CIMA’s prestigious business network and form a distinct group of companies with a passion for excellence and desire to take part in the development of globally-competitive, transformational leaders and integrated thinkers.
