Lal Girihagama appointed as Chairman of Skills Development Fund

Minister of Science, Technology, Research, Skills Development and Vocational Training and Kandyan Heritage Dr. Sarath Amunugama has appointed Lal Girihagama as the Chairman of the Skills Development Fund. He has functioned as the Chairman of the Galagedara Thumpane Pradeshiya Sabha, twice. Here the Minister handing over the letter of appointment to Girihagama.
