KPMG and CIMA launch Diploma in Performance Management

Every business professional is faced with a dynamic and challenging business environment, where seizing new opportunities while operating in a volatile commercial arena, has become the order of the day.

Taking this into consideration, leading professional brand CIMA, partnering with leading professional firm KPMG as the Technical Partner, announced a co-branded product ‘Diploma in Performance Management’ – a product specially designed for emerging professionals as well as for those with work experience, suited for professionals from all sectors.

This four month program consisting of practical knowledge based on case studies and industrial exposure provided by KPMG, will reward participants with a Diploma from CIMA on successful completion of two assessments, and a co-branded certificate from KPMG and CIMA. Wisdom Business Academy – a CIMA accredited tuition partner will facilitate the CIMA course for this Diploma. 

The syllabus for this Diploma program includes Cost Accounting and Budgeting, Cost Planning and Analysis for Competitive Advantage, Long Term Decision Making, Making Intelligent Investment Decision, Control and Performance Management and Dealing with Uncertainty thru Decision Analysis. During the program, industry experts from KPMG will share their experiences in Investment Appraisal, IT Security, Mergers and Acquisitions, Performance Management and Evaluation, Risk Management and Tax Planning. 

Each participant for this Diploma Program will be registered as a CIMA student, and have access to various facilities such as, the use of the library and online learning tools.

In addition to the Diploma, one has the opportunity (subject to review of work experience) to fast track towards obtaining the CIMA professional qualification – by successfully completing the Management Case study exam, Strategic Level exams (3 subjects) and the Strategic Case study exam of CIMA. Thus, one can move towards becoming a Chartered Global Management Accountant on a fast track basis and unlock a world of opportunities.  

The entry fee for the Diploma is as follows: Group Registrations (minimum of 3 per group) GBP 1,650 (each) and Individual GBP 1,750.
