The Dr. A.M.A. Azeez Commemoration Meeting and Memorial Oration will be held on 27 November at 4.30 p.m. at the Ghaffoor Hall of Zahira College, No. 406, Orabi Pasha Mawatha, Colombo 10.

Desamanya M.D.D. Pieris, formerly of the Ceylon Civil Service and Secretary to the Prime Minister, will deliver the oration on the subject of ‘Sinhala-Muslim relations in Sri Lanka’.

The meeting will be jointly chaired by Dr. A.M.A. Azeez Foundation President Khalid M. Farouk and All Ceylon YMMA Conference National President M.N.M. Naphiel.

The book ‘A.M.A. Azeez - Speeches and Tributes’ will be released at the occasion. It contains some of Azeez’s well researched speeches, memorial orations and tributes by his students. All are welcome at this public meeting.
