DFCC Bank continues proactive partnership with CIMA and wins Top Employer Award

DFCC Bank partnered for the third consecutive year with CIMA Sri Lanka as a Gold corporate partner this year too. In addition, the bank was recognised yet again as one of the top 20 employers of CIMA members in Sri Lanka, ranking fourth. 

In keeping with the new normal, the award ceremony was held through a virtual platform this year, uniting CIMA Sri Lanka members despite the current COVID-19 pandemic. Consistently winning recognition and rewards for its visionary and progressive Human Resource (HR) strategies, DFCC Bank continues to set benchmarks of service excellence in the banking industry.
