AAP to hold ‘Career Exploration’ workshop on 22 March

The Academy for Administrative Professionals (AAP), on the occasion of her 14th anniversary will present ‘Career Exploration’ one-day workshop on 22 March at Colombo Hilton.

This educational event held for the 14th consecutive year, is for office managers, executives, co-ordinators, personal/executive assistants and secretaries thus, to train them under top notch industry leaders, to gain upward mobility increased productivity, responding to rapid demands and pressure, develop success and survival skills.

Professor Emeritus Kusuma Karunartne, University of Colombo, Chief Guest will deliver the keynote on the theme ‘Career Exploration’ emphasising the need and value of office professionals and what an organisation and the CEOs expect of them. The renowned panel of lecturers consist of Dr. Padmi Ranasinghe Environmental Consultant from USA, Asoka Walpitagama RMIT qualified IT Specialist, Gayanee De Alwis Chairperson Chartered Institute of Logistic and Transport, and Shanith Fernando Mr Sri Lanka contestant of 2018. Occupational health and safety, computing platform, logistic management, professional image and mannerism are the topics lined up and the organisers intend applying lectures, interactive workshop discussions, brain storming, group activities and Q&A methodologies to make the day fruitful.
