If you take a closer look at how senior managers add value to their organisations, it all starts with and is significantly influenced by their thinking. It is such a simple yet critical competency that is often taken for granted or assumed as ‘perfect’. The more senior you get in the organisation, the more ‘thought baggage’ you carry. This impairs our ability to think ‘Ground Zero’ – a critical competency to operate in a highly complex and dynamic business world.
