WHO Chief phones President to discuss COVID-19 impact

with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday, thanked him for mobilising the whole of Government in the fight against COVID-19.

“I had a good call with [Gotabaya Rajapaksa], President of Sri Lanka, on #COVID19 today. We discussed health and economic impacts #COVID19 can have on his country and the whole region,” Adhanom said via his official Twitter handle.
