Welcoming the ‘Year of the Ox’

The Hilton Colombo ushered in the Chinese New Year with the tossing of the symbolic ‘Yee Sang,’ a traditional colourful salad symbolising abundance, prosperity and vigour. The age-old custom steeped in ancient tradition and culture is enjoyed by every family during this festival.
