The Sri Lanka-China Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce celebrated 60 years of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and China at the Hilton Colombo Residences recently. The Chief Guest was National Policies and Economic Affairs Deputy Minister Dr. Harsha De Silva
