Introducing Serenia Residences

The Board of Directors of Serenia recently held a product introduction event for the upcoming beachfront development project, Serenia Residences, at the Shangri-La Hotel Colombo. Serenia Residences, a collection of 47 private residences and five-star boutique hotel in the most exclusive beachfront location in Talpe, Galle, is due to commence construction in June and will  be completed in December 2019
