HNB ushers in 2021 with a multi- religious ceremony

HNB commenced the New Year by observing multi-faith reflections - to give thanks and offer prayers and blessings for customers, 

employees and stakeholders.

The multi-religious ceremony took place at the Bank’s Head Office under the auspices of its Managing Director and Chief Executive, Jonathan Alles, along with the Bank’s leadership, Corporate and Executive management and staff. Similar observances were held at all the HNB branches, island-wide, following strict Covid-19 mitigation protocols.

Religious blessings in the Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, and Islamic faiths were observed by all.

In his New Year message, Alles thanked the Bank staff for their significant contribution and dedication in the past year, while wishing all a prosperous and peaceful 2021.

 “Stay safe and healthy and let’s make 2021 

a great year,” expressed Alles.
