HNB marks International Women’s Day

They value diversity and inclusion, and lead the way when it comes to attracting and retaining female talent within their progressive workforce.

The bank hosted a special celebration to acknowledge and felicitate the contribution of their women officers who play a vital role in managing the bank’s operations. Some of the bank’s best women customers were also present.

Organised exclusively by the female employees of the bank’s Head Office branch, the event drew enthusiastic participation from the bank’s female workforce, including senior members of the HNB corporate management team, including Chief Human Resource Officer/Deputy General Manager – Human Resources Chiranthi Cooray, Deputy General Manager – Legal/Company Secretary Thushari Ranaweera and Chief Financial Officer Anusha Gallage.
