Citi celebrates 40 years in Sri Lanka

Citi, celebrating its 40th anniversary in Sri Lanka, hosted a cocktail reception recently at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Colombo. The celebratory event was attended by over 300 clients, regulators, community advocates and stakeholders in addition to Citi Seniors representing the South Asia Cluster and Asia Pacific Region. The evening proceedings commenced with Citi Country Officer Sri Lanka Ravin Basnayake welcoming the guests, followed by a keynote speech by Citi India Chief Executive Officer and Citi Cluster Head for South Asia Ashu Khullar. The Chief Guest of the evening was State Minister of Finance Eran Wickramaratne, who also addressed the attendees, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Citi Sub-Cluster Head Bangladesh and Sri Lanka James Morrow – Pix by Indraratne Balasuriya
