Renuka Holdings plans 32-storey mixed development for Rs. 4 b

• Sanken gets construction contract

Renuka Holdings PLC plans to construct a 32-storey tower ‘Galle Face Icon’ in Colombo 3 at a cost of Rs. 3.9 billion.

It said Galle Face Properties Ltd., a sub-subsidiary of the Company, has entered in to a contract with Sanken Construction Ltd., for the construction of the Galle Face Icon formerly known as ‘Renuka Tower’, at Galle Face Terrace in Colombo 3.

It is a mixed development project consisting of ‘A’ Grade premium office space, office amenities, service suites, recreational areas, and ample parking at Colombo 3 between the Beira Lake and Galle Face Green.
