No need for firms to stop work: BOI

The Board of Investment (BOI) said yesterday there is no requirement for any of the BOI companies currently operating to stop work.

“They need to continue to work with the PHIs in the region and strictly follow the procedures and guidelines set forth by them to safeguard the employees' health and well-being,” BOI said.

In addition, BOI requested companies to ensure proper facilities are provided for the employees while operating under reduced capacity.
