Today’s leaders need to be agile — adjusting their actions to respond quickly to changing customer needs, shifting technology innovations and the pace of change of competing firms. They also need to keep themselves open to new ideas so that they can challenge entrenched management and organisational thinking. Resilience in today’s dynamic marketplace is about the ability to constantly evolve and adapt to fast-paced change.

KPMG as one of the leading  global network of professional firms, recognises the need to ‘Re-invent to meet clients’ agenda’ and is focusing on bringing innovation with its business expertise to help its large clientele across varied sectors and geographies to succeed in a period of immense disruption and change, and drive its own strategy of ‘Growth with Quality’.
