FT-ICCSL webinar tomorrow on how Port City can become a game changer

ICCSL in partnership with Sri Lanka-China Business Council, BCG, ACCA and the Daily FT will hold a webinar tomorrow

to discuss the potential opportunities and challenges for Port City implementation and how it can become the game changer for Sri Lanka’s economic growth trajectory and what it needs to do as a country to emulate some of the successful financial centres like Dubai and Singapore.

The keynote will be delivered by two experts from Boston Consulting Group, Managing Director and Partner Natarajan Sankar and Managing Director and Partner Saurabh Bakliwal.

The webinar will be followed by a panel discussion with the participation of former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, State Minister of Money, Capital Markets and Public Enterprises Reform Nivard Cabraal and former State Minister of Finance Eran Wickramaratne. The panel includes Port City Managing Director Jiang Liang and Damian Buckard of ICC Paris among several others. The session will be moderated by Daily FT Editor Nisthar Cassim and ICCSL Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody.
