CPG unveils revolutionary luxury beachfront property ‘The Six’

Luxury property developer Crystal Property Group (CPG) recently announced the launch of its highly anticipated and masterfully curated beachfront property ‘The Six’. Located on the pristine beaches of Midigama, lies six villas unlike any other and a prelude to a collection of projects that will redefine the island’s real estate landscape. 

A first of its kind in Sri Lanka, ‘The Six’ is a collection of highly conceptualised and curated villas. Each, unique to the other, these properties were developed to break away from the norm and nature of developments currently available within the market and to address the need for industry-defining real estate. Each villa is individually curated and designed to encapsulate a unique experience for each buyer.

“We didn’t have to create something in spite of the location but because of it. After all, ‘The Six’ is located within the untapped beaches of Midigama which provides for both the privacy and connectivity sought after, the world over,” CPG Chairman Kumar Sangakkara said after walking the virgin land with Co-Director and CEO Reza Magdon-Ismail. 

All individual beachfront villas will be 6,000 sq. ft. and consist of four bedrooms each. The project was launched to the market in early February 2021 with 50% sold in the first week and construction is expected to begin in May 2021 with the promise to provide a one-off masterpiece in leisure real estate. With CPG’s collaboration with Teardrop Hotels, each villa comes fully serviced and equipped to provide an exceptional return.

‘The Six’ can now be viewed upon prior appointment and a sales executive will contact interested clientele for a unique viewing experience.
