Ashroff Omar steps down from UL Board

Business leader Ashroff Omar has stepped down from the Board of Directors of SriLankan Airlines. The move is due to personal reasons and commitments. 

Omar was among top business leaders appointed to steer the national carrier to sustainable growth amidst external challenges. Following the resignation, the Board of SriLankan Airlines now comprises of Asoka Pathirage (Chairman), Malik Fernando, Samantha Ratwatte PC, Manohara De Silva PC, Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya and Sanjaya Mohottala.
