Admiral S.S. Ranasinghe appointed new Ports Ministry Secy

Former Navy Commander Admiral S.S. Ranasinghe has been appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Southern Development effective yesterday by President Maithripala Sirisena.
