Recently UA relocated two of its main Regional Offices in Jaffna and Bandarawela with a refreshing new outlook. Jaffna Regional Office was relocated to No. 218, 3rd Floor, Stanley Road, Jaffna on 17 July and the Bandarawela Regional Office was relocated to No. 05, Haputhale Road, Bandarawela on 24 July. The newly-opened branches will support the company’s pace to reach its goal of having fully operational branches island-wide and will enhance the strength of its fully-fledged branch network.  

All these UA branch offices are conveniently situated with ample parking space, open from 8.30 a.m. – 5 p.m. The new office is refurbished and retouched with new interior elements, lightning systems which could provide a soothing, elegant environment for the employees to work. All the internal office spaces are structured in a relaxed and productive atmosphere to make it to a standard positive working environment. 

Service areas for customers, a training centre for staff, and many other customer facilities are available at all times. UA’s branch offices offer a wide array of Life Insurance solutions, for individuals as well as businesses. The new Regional Office is also fully IT enabled while Personal Financial Advisors (PFA) are equipped with laptops and tabs to service all UA customers quickly and easily even while in the field.
