ISO certification for HNBA’s New Business and Claims Process

Cassim and Sri Lanka Standards Institution Director General/CEO Dr. Siddhika G. Senarathne

The New Business Management Department and Life Claims Department of HNB Assurance PLC (HNBA) were certified with ISO 9001: 2015. Upon being independently audited, both New Business and Claims Departments excelled in the process of meeting required criteria, ultimately being declared as qualified for this certification. The certification issued for the Claims Process in 2017 is expanded to cover the Life New Business process. 

Sharing his thoughts, Managing Director/CEO of HNBA and its fully owned subsidiary HNB General Insurance Ltd.
