Damien Fernando returns to HNB Board

Damien Fernando has returned to the Board of HNB as a Non-Executive Non Independent Director, with effect from 25 October.

He served the HNB Board between April 2012 and March 2017 as a Non-Executive Director. 

In his career, Damien has held Board and other positions in several sectors, including finance, life and general insurance, asset management and unit trusts, management of healthcare, food and beverages, manufacturing and retail. 

He is currently the Director of Addison Ltd. and HealthCey Ltd. 

Damien is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK. In 1984, he qualified in then ICMA Accountancy. In 1992, he was awarded a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
