Bank of Ceylon Gampaha relocates on 80th anniversary

The Bank of Ceylon reached another milestone on its 80th anniversary when it relocated its Gampaha branch to new premises.

The Chief Guest at the occasion was Speaker of the Parliament Karu Jayasuriya.  Gampaha Municipal Council Mayor Eranga Senanayake was also present at the occasion.  BOC Chairman Ronald Perera PC, Non-Executive Director Kumar Mayadunne, together with Acting General Manager and Russell Fonseka formally inaugurated the branch.

The new branch has been relocated to No. 170, Colombo Road, Gampaha. The Bank, having extended its green-banking practices by promoting digital banking to minimize its carbon footprint, built the Gampaha super-grade branch under the green-banking concept as well, with the branch connected to the National Grid.
