Bharathanatya recital by twin sisters

Two students from the Vishaka Vidyalaya Colombo will be presenting a Bharathanatyam recital at Bishop’s College Auditorium on 4 August. Twin daughters of Ishani and Sagara Jayasinghe, these two girls, Miyuni and Thenugi, were trained by Aloka Kumbukage. Award-winning Sri Lankan actress Swarna Mallawarachchi will be the Chief Guest of the event while Sandamali Aviruppola, Principal of Vishaka Vidyalaya and Vidyajothi Prof. Nimal De Silva, Emeritus Professor of Architecture, University of Moratuwa will be Guests of Honour.
