Family comedy ‘Playing with Fire’ in 5 Lankan cinemas from today

American family comedy ‘Playing with Fire’ will be screened in five Lankan cinemas from today.

They are Liberty by Scope Cinemas; Empire - Colombo; MC Cinemas – Colombo; Scope Cinemas (CCC) – Colombo-2 and PVR – Colombo.

The film stars John Cena, Keegan-Michael Key, John Leguizamo, Brianna Hildebrand, Dennis Haysbert, and Judy Greer, and follows a group of smoke jumpers who must watch over three children who have been separated from their parents following an accident.

When straight-laced fire superintendent Jake Carson and his elite team of fire-fighters come to the rescue of three siblings, they quickly realise that no amount of training could prepare them for their most challenging job yet – babysitting. As their lives, jobs and depot get turned upside down, the three men soon learn that children – much like fires – are wild and unpredictable.

It is the third Walden Media film from Nickelodeon Movies, after Charlotte's Web and Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
