3rd Chinese Film Festival coming soon

Happy Chinese New Year – the 3rd Chinese Film Festival organised by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China and the National Film Corporation of Sri Lanka will be held from 1 to 6 February at Tharangni Hall of the National Film Corporation of Sri Lanka.Eight highly acclaimed Chinese films featuring love story, action, fantasy, suspense and fairy tale and starring with a group of world famous Chinese and Chinese Hong Kong actors and actress are screened free to public except the opening movie on 1 February.

The screening schedule is as follows:

• Cold War II, 6:30 p.m., 1 February, Thursday
• The Master, 6:30 p.m., 2 February, Friday
• A Tale of Three Cities, 2:30 p.m., 3 February, Saturday
• Monkey King II, 6:30 p.m., 3 February, Saturday
• Save Mr. Wu, 2:30 p.m., 4 February, Sunday
• Tik Tok, 6:30 p.m., 4 February, Sunday
• The Dead End, 6:30 p.m., 5 February, Monday
• Mojin, the Last Legend, 6:30 p.m., 6 February, Tuesday
